NOTE:  The verse outline here will show that every single knee will be bowing to Jesus Christ, however, where they will be confessing this from is the real question.  "...and [things] under the earth;...  This outline will hopefully show that demons, fallen angels, satan and also the poor souls that were deceived by satan that were cast into the Lake of Fire which is the second death, is exactly where they will be confessing this from.  Many cults, including the Mormon Church, The International Church of Christ and others that teach and believe that works will save you along with faith in Jesus Christ, by deceptively quoting James 2:19 in an erroneous context without realizing what the verse is actually talking about.  But first, let us discuss what the Holy Bible is teaching us by studying first what caused the fall of satan and his deceived angels in the first place.

"Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble." ---James 2:19

James 2:19 is not saying that believing in your heart that there is one God (The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit) will condemn you to eternal hell.  Why?  In Ezekiel 28:13 - 19, satan fell because of his pride which is further discussed in Isaiah chapter 14.  The five "I will's" that Lucifer (satan's name in heaven before he fell) boasted to the LORD is clear here that satan wishes to be above the LORD, not equal, but greater.  After Jesus Christ was baptized, satan tempted Jesus Christ by quoting Psalms 91:11 - 12, but omitted the latter part of verse 11 "...to keep thee in all thy ways..."  satan knows the bible very well.  Why?  Because satan and his fallen angels that fell with him (Revelation 12:9, Jude 1:6) from heaven were with God!  Of course they believe in God!  The fallen angels and satan have already seen the heavens, they have been in the presence of God.  But they choose freely, without temptation because there is no sin in heaven, and were deceived by satan and his lies.  That is the difference!

Matthew 4:6 And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels
charge concerning thee: and in [their] hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.
Psalms 91:11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
Psalms 91:12 They shall bear thee up in [their] hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.

Isaiah 14:12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! [how] art thou cut down to the ground,
which didst weaken the nations!
Isaiah 14:13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
Isaiah 14:14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
Isaiah 14:15 Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.
Isaiah 14:16 They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, [and] consider thee, [saying, Is] this the man that made
the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;
Isaiah 14:17 [That] made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; [that] opened not the house of
his prisoners?
Isaiah 14:18 All the kings of the nations, [even] all of them, lie in glory, every one in his own house.
Isaiah 14:19 But thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch, [and as] the raiment of those that are slain,
thrust through with a sword, that go down to the stones of the pit; as a carcase trodden under feet.
Isaiah 14:20 Thou shalt not be joined with them in burial, because thou hast destroyed thy land, [and] slain thy
people: the seed of evildoers shall never be renowned.

Job 1:7 And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, From
going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.

Luke 10:18 And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.

Revelation 9:1 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the
key of the bottomless pit.

Revelation 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the
whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
Revelation 13:7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given

everlastingchains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
2Peter 2:4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast [them] down to hell, and delivered [them] into
chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;
Daniel 11:36 And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every
god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished:
for that that is determined shall be done.
John 8:44 Ye are of [your] father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the
beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his
own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
Isaiah 5:14 Therefore hell hath enlarged herself, and opened her mouth without measure: and their glory, and their
multitude, and their pomp, and he that rejoiceth, shall descend into it.
John 12:31 Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out.
John 14:30 Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.

How many angels were cast out with Satan?  ONE THIRD.

Revelation 12:4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth:

Philippians2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of [things] in heaven, and [things] in earth, and [things]
under the earth;

Philippians 2:11 And [that] every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ [is] Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

1 John 4:2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of
God:

2 John 1:7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This
is a deceiver and an antichrist.

EVERY SINGLE KNEE WILL BOW TO JESUS CHRIST

Mark 5:2 And when he was come out of the ship, immediately there met him out of the tombs a man with an
unclean spirit,

Mark 5:3 Who had [his] dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him, no, not with chains:

Mark 5:4 Because that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder
by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any [man] tame him.

Mark 5:5 And always, night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with
stones.

Mark 5:6 But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped him,
(the key here in Mark 5:6, is that the posessed man with an unclean spirit ran and also worshipped him.  The key and crucial word here is that "...worshipped him..."  In other verse's throughout the New Testament, "worshipping" is to also kneel down as John did in Revelation Chapter 1)

Mark 5:7 And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, [thou] Son of the most high
God? I adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not.

Mark 5:8 For he said unto him, Come out of the man, [thou] unclean spirit.

Mark 5:9 And he asked him, What [is] thy name? And he answered, saying, My name [is] Legion: for we are
many.

Mark 5:10 And he besought him much that he would not send them away out of the country.

Mark 5:11 Now there was there nigh unto the mountains a great herd of swine feeding.

Mark 5:12 And all the devils besought him, saying, Send us into the swine, that we may enter into them.

Mark 5:13 And forthwith Jesus gave them leave. And the unclean spirits went out, and entered into the swine: and
the herd ran violently down a steep place into the sea, (they were about two thousand;) and were choked in the sea.

Mark 5:14 And they that fed the swine fled, and told [it] in the city, and in the country. And they went out to see
what it was that was done.

Mark 5:15 And they come to Jesus, and see him that was possessed with the devil, and had the legion, sitting, and
clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid.

Mark 5:16 And they that saw [it] told them how it befell to him that was possessed with the devil, and [also]
concerning the swine.

In the Day of the LORD, men will try and hide from God:

Revelation 6:15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;

16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the
wrath of the Lamb:

17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?
